  Had their blue cheese encrusted steak and double baked potatoes. I've had steaks from all over the place and I must say theirs is the best I've ever had in my whole life. THe double baked potatoes are divine. I usually do not give 5 stars at all. If you go to PEI you must go here.

  I love some. I love the oysters, the lamb, the seafood, the deserts. I even love their mac and cheese. The price range is high, but it is entirely consistent with the quality of food and service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you're going in for a full meal or sneaking in for a desert and a coffee, it is a lovely place.

  Food is great, beef cut quality is acceptable, oysters are fresh, lots of wine choices ranging from affordable to very expensive to please all the pallets and wallets out there.

  Service was great. They were quick on the water refills and even quicker at identifying if you desired another beer or bottle of wine.

  I've been in booths with my family that feel private and cosy, and at the bar striking up conversation with people off of the tour boats who are enjoying the nearby testis before taking off again. Both are different but amazing experiences that really work in a place like this.

  Great place for a nice romantic diner with your significant other or if you're looking to treat some clients to a good supper. There's also an oyster bar you can sit at if you're flying solo and need a bartender to talk to.

  I once attended a business supper with upper management, our partners and some clients. They have this secret dining room downstairs; it's got a great big table, some nice heavy chairs and a really nice calm ambiance. We must have been around 15-18 people and we still had some good elbow room.

  Excellent Winterdine meal last week, the Beef Wellington was to die for! Staff, as always very attentive and pleasant. Great evening.

  Sims is in the list of fancy places in Charlottetown. Just remember: With great fanciness comes medium to great cost(in currency). I don't think they have a dress code. I'd recommend a nice shirt and some clean pants just to be on the safe side.

  Excellent food very well prepared. Very friendly wait staff and on the ball . Comfortable atmosphere great place to have a nice evening out. Highly recommended
