  I proceeded to purchase the item in-store and paid the associated shipping to have the product delivered. I immediately received a confirmation notice (by email) which informed me the expected date of arrival.

  Today, the day of expected arrival, I receive the initial tracking notice form Canada Post indicating the item has been shipped from the distribution Center in Mississauga, ON. When I contacted indigo to discuss my concern, the agent confirmed the above details and that yes indeed this item was not shipped as indicated.

  Probably the most helpful staff I have encountered on the island. Took the time to explain the best fiction choices for 3 ages of children.

  The book selection is decent and you can find most if not all genre. In the specifics, I found book series that were missing many tomes, Fortunately the ones I was looking for were in stock. Of the times I went there, only once an employee came to offer help. That could be better.
