  I would like to thank Peter for helping me buy a laptop at bestbuy last Friday he is so patient and really a good person actually my English Is not good and I’m so thankful that there is a Chinese employee working in your store so I got a very good service and finally I bought what I want.   Jesse is awesome! I had to get a new cell phone and he switched over all my contacts and apps because I had no idea what I was doing. He was great, super friendly and funny. Terrific customer service and a huge help to me.

  I had an ok and not so ok experience !...here's why!,back in November on or around the 24th I picked up a Sony blueray player with a few bells n whistles but I had to return it actually this eve Dec 14th,that was fine..whatever,the young lass who was @ the service desk was a sweetheart. But I'll tell ya all about the flat screen and blue ray section was truly to be desired,for some reason I asked about a blueray player..they couldn't scurry away fast enough,one lad decided someone had to assist me so he knew there wasn't much of a choice for him and it was terrible....shape up lads and lasses,seriously! Not at all impressed.
