    I believe that the only way to get anyone to listen might be to get the media involved. They are defrauding the people that purchase this warranty as they go above and beyond to find a reason to deny and if they can't find a legit reason...they make their own version up!

    They have the worest customer services ever. No one will care about you after they receive your money. Never try to take money out from them

    Worst Service ever. It would have taken a phone call at each point in the multitude of mistakes nade in my order to avert disaster. But I guess that would take good service. i finally cancelked my order. i think I'll order fron Ikea

    Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Would rate them 0 if I could. We've been waiting for a bedframe we bought over a month ago and it is STILL not here.
