    Extremely disrespectful and insulting. The staff will swear at you if you ask them your rights.. People working here needs to learn simple manners to talk to normal citizens. You will be the last place in this a world to visit if I ever need anyone. The gentleman used extremely rough and inappropriate language with swear words. What a wrong way to treat people... Extremely dissatisfied....

    Shaw's Towing was not only there within 15 minutes of my call.....the driver Dean Livingstone promptly fixed the problem so I did not need to be towed. He was really pleasant, professional, and had a good sense of humour which was greatly appreciated. Great job Dean and many thanks for getting us on our way so quickly & with a smile!
