  Best place with game selection. However, I don't usually feel welcomed by most of their staff. It's not bad service , just not the friendliest.

  The best selection of video games in town. Staff usually is not great at engaging with clients. However, if they do engage they are usually very knowledgeable.

  It wanting to leave as soon as possible. Then I get home and the headset I got was actually broken even though they "tested it". So now I get to waste my gas to go back to the store and get, no not my money back I'm going to get store credit. And this is why I try to stay away from eb games as much as I can. And if I have too I want to get out of there as soon as possible.

  I got a PS3 and can't get on line with it and thay won't give me my money back and I just got it

  I went there and have good stuff, but the staff is terrible bad. I said to guy I love Legend of Zelda and i ll buy a Legend of Zenda cup but the guy just torn back and go way. Its very expesive store to buy and bad service. So I never go come back there.

  First off my experience was okay one of the employees acknowledged me, while he is working with another customer which is great. So I wait while this other employee is doing stuff behind the counter, then he looks up at us and keeps going. Then 5 minutes later he decides to help us. So I ask for the headset I wanted,which was on the other side of the counter. The employeee then points over and asked "that one" and I didn't know what one he was pointing at so I went over and pointed it out for him. Then he responds saying in a rude tone "yes that one right there" then he took it and I went paid for
