    Over priced plans and poor customer service. I went back to TD Canada Trust.. Better hours and better customer service.

    Horrible customer service and ridiculous fees, what are we paying for???service to their customers is virtually , non- existent. The banks make millions but when we ask for assistance we are directed to automatic tellers or told we will have to wait for days for foreign currency.

    I don't even want to talk about what I've experienced in RBC.. waste money, waste time, just choose another bank.
