  Also staff need to be educated on vegan & gluten free restrictions. Being vegan has nothing to do with being gluten free... probably good to educate staff if your offer vegan options on your menu.

  The waitress brought me a gigantic latte and I asked after I bought it if I could have bought a smaller one or if there is one size? She went on to tell me that if you do not specifiy what size then they automatically give you a large drink to make more money. They don't put the sizes on their menu too for this reason. This is lying to your costumers. I was so offended that they didn't ask me what I wanted, since I am out of town and am not familiar with their business or menu. Work on building trust with costumers instead of trying to rip them off. I would have appreciated when I paid to be asked which size I would have like. Never going back and would not recommend going here.

  Very rude staff member! I ordered the vegan option and while I was waiting for my food in front of her she went on talking to another staff member saying the reason why vegans don't eat honey is the dumbest thing she ever heard. Terrible customer service and very offensive to your vegan customers.

  One of my favourite coffee shops! Delicious coffee drinks and food. Also offers gluten-free and vegan options!
