  I have tried the food 3 different times and every time it was disgusting. Never will a Boston Pizza ever be a meal consideration for me. Anywhere!!

  I have enjoyed a few meals at this location in Charlottetown. It is located in a great area right beside the mall and across the street from the major box stores. The food has always been good and the prices are reasonable. Like the other locations everywhere, the restaurant is nice inside and provides a comfortable ambiance. But, the last time that I was there it took them quite a few minutes to seat me and the place was pretty much empty. There were two or three employees at the reception area, but it took them a long time to acknowledge me and offer service.

  The jambalaya Pasta was awesome! !!! The food here is great and they are very reasonable. A nice restaurant for a anyone to enjoy.

  Excellent service!! When I discovered a mistake had been made in the preparation of my pizza the staff went beyond the call to make it right. The waitress took the order back and within just a couple of minutes the manager appeared to offer his apologies for the error. He also offered me salad while a new pizza was made, which I declined. My wife happily ate her spaghetti while I watched, smiling all the while

  Boston Pizza I'm Charlottetown has limited parking but the food is delicious. Despite going with a large group of people, we were all served quite quickly. As a celiac, I was impressed by their Create Your Own gluten free pasta. The iced tea was tasty and the starter Caesar salad was also delicious. There was no gluten free option for a dessert so if you are celiac you will have to go elsewhere for a dessert.

  I have never been to a restaurant where staff from the top down have gone to such lengths to correct a mistake and make customers feel that they mattered! Everyone from the polite fellow that showed us to our table to the awesome waitress that served us with a bright smile and the apologetic manager that worked to quickly correct a mistake. They were all great! I would highly recommend the Boston Pizza on University Avenue in Charlottetown PEI to anyone!!
