  Well I picked up the wrong one but when I returned to exchange it for the correct item, a few days later, they refused to even discuss an exchange, because I had lost the receipt. Now I was not asking for a refund just a straight swap for a same priced item.

  Terrible service over charged when they didn’t even do my eyebrows evenly and cut my hair so it’s worse off then it was before never going here again an no else should the manger was the one cutting my hair an was extremely rude when I tried to tell her I didn’t like the way she was cutting it she also left me sitting there for 10 minutes to cut another persons hair before finishing mine

  Recently purchased some Nioxin shampoo (for my wife) at the Charlottetown store. Now this is not your every day cheap stuff (over $50). So it was a significant purchase.

  Got the haircut in the morning. I am really disappointed by the way they cut my hair. The lady was not so good in cutting the hair. She was very slow, I don't know if she is new there or what, but she needs a lot of training. This was my second visit there and the first was couple months back and that was quite great experience for me.

  Horrible service. Disgraceful. I walked in to get my haircut and left feeling embarrassed. They took me in, sprayed my hair with water, and then chopped straight across to my shoulders. No shampooing, no talking, they just went on in with those scissors. When they finished cutting, they took off the shawl and sent me on my way. They didn't even dry my hair or style it, after they cut it. It took them all of 3 minutes to do it. My mother didn't make it to the store across from the place before I was finished and asking her to pay, she was shocked.
