  After calling, we brought my wife's bike in for a shifting problem late afternoon on a Saturday. We were taken care of immediately. The gentleman took the bike into the shop & decided to replace the shift cable. In a mater of 10 minutes the bike was adjusted & fixed for a very reasonable price. Unbelievable service. Great Job!

  The keen staff at MacQueen's (namely the amazing Dayan), made us feel welcome, valued and relaxed. Not a small feat in a busy shop, while dealing with first time tourers, for which he specially modified the road bikes.

  Excellent, friendly customer service. I went in to get some new pedals and shoes, I ended up getting a great deal and they took the time to install the pedals for me while I was in the shop. Great experience, I will be back.
