  Shady business. Apparently long time customers do not come over people "from away" who have $6000 cash to put down.

  I purchased my first Civic in 2008 from Capital when I was 19. Since then I have purchased another 2013 Civic and since my family has grown I was looking for a minivan.

  Very easy to talk with the salesmen. They treat you as a person not a paycheck.

  I called early last week and spoke to a Sales Associate about an Odyssey that came in as trade. I wanted to see it but he stated that it was not yet detailed and was instructed not to show the van until it was detailed (by another sales associate). No big deal, I can wait. He told me it would be detailed and ready to view Saturday and he would call me. I called Saturday for an update and he told me that the van was actually sold. Someone came in from Toronto and put $6000 down cash so they let them see it and sold it, not to mention it was sold by the sales associate who instructed not to show it until it was detailed.

  Capital Honda is a very typical car dealership that cares only for their bottom line , and not at all about customer satisfaction. Even when making customers happy directly increases their bottom line. Very short sighted sales and trade in tactics.

  Awesome. I would have viewed it dirty but was giving them time to detail it to show me. A call would have been nice to see if I would like to see it not detailed.

  Had a problem with the tire pressure light, they resolved it quickly and were very nice and helpful

  AJ MacIntyre should be your go to if you want a laid back experience. He took the time to figure out what I wanted, and didn't try to rush me into buying before I was ready. This was the first new car I've purchased and I really enjoyed dealing with Honda.
