  Terrible service at the new location... charged over twice the amount quoted even though a budget was mentioned. Something that was said to take 11/2 hours maximum took almost all day. Went to pick vehicle up and brake pads were changed without consent... very very poor service will not be going back.

  I was so pleased with my experience in the service department of this new location. The guys at the counter were not only helpful, but incredibly friendly, too! Will absolutely be returning.

  Unfortunately, 0 stars was not an option. “Customer Service”, if that is what you wish to call it, was anything but realiable. We went out of our way, to have our time wasted and left frustrated and disappointed. They dropped our appraisal down $2000 upon arrival, by stating “they did not realize our vehicle was a base model”, however, if they would have done their job properly given the information we provided to them, INCLUDING our VIN number, they would have been well aware. They did not attempt to negotiate or work out any sort of deal to satisy our needs. After calling them to explain we had decided to take our business elsewhere (which we did) they had called me back, offering to drop the bi-weekly price by ONE DOLLAR. This place is a joke.
