  We are from out of town. The staff were all great. They have us a time to return. Everything was smooth and the Doctor we saw seemed very knowledgeable and was great with us. I read the previous reviews and was a little hesitant, so wanted to share my positive experience.

  Staff ignore you. Doctors are rude and have no bedside manner. And misdiagnosed me twice before I could finally get to my family doctor who had the problem fixed overnight.

  Not to mention they look down upon people with mental health issues and belittle you if you do.

  Only go here if you are a "normal" person with a "common" easy to diagnose illness. And never expect anything more than a "you're fine" even if you have pneumonia, obviously that doesn't need an antibiotic, go away and go to the hospital if you still feel sick.

  Doctors are impatient and don't listen, they don't have time for anyone with mental health issues and are unreliable. Paid $40 to have a form filled out and the doctor didn't write what was needed and couldn't even take the time to write more than 5 digits of the phone number. Called them back to get it redone, they told me to come in the next day... doctor wasn't even in the office. They kept the form and said it would be done first thing the next day and they would call. No call and they wont answer their phone.
