  This isn't a fancy place at all. Everything in the room was clean and the price was fairly cheap compared to what we found before. The staff was really friendly though and recommended places they thought we would like depending on what we were about to do during the day. The WiFi password was hard to get as there were several entries for the hotel. The multi-level balcony behind the building is quite something. The view is the same as you would have living in an apartment, but the way it's made, you can really get some quiet time or meet other travelers. I would definitively consider this place again next time I go to Charlottetown.

  I called and a room was available and said I'd take it. Later, I got a call back from Todd to check on if I was coming. When I got there, he was holding the door open! The room was great. The electric fire place a nice touch. They have a phone line that allows you to call FREE anywhere in North America. It was clean, cozy, historic, hot shower with good water pressure which I appreciate. I look forward to going back with my wife to stay this summer and for years to come. Great location and plenty of parking as well!

  Not again. Walked into my suite - greeted by a dozen wasps. They were removed but a couple more trickled in over the evening somehow. I was billed twice for a one night stay. Still fighting with owner to refund my visa, despite him acknowledging the error. Towels were stained and there was no hand soap. Suggest you stay elsewhere.

  Great value! Cool historical building much more interesting than your standard motel. Free Netflix was an awesome suprise. Spoke to the owner and he was extremely friendly. Fantastic location walking distance to many pubs and restaurants, will stay again. Cheers
