  Great room with special added features not normally found in hotels. Full breakfast. Friendly staff. This is a classy place to stay walking distance to downtown Charlottetown.

  My boyfriend and I attended this hotel. And they didn't collect payment up front, thinking the collect payment. We than receive a call from the police saying we skipped payment when we gave them a card and everything. And now they want us to go to court for it. We live in Ontario?? Horrible service and the most stupid policy Ive ever heard of.... you collect payment up front!

  The staff were amazing as well! The washing machine was broken in our suite so they told us to leave it with them and they returned it fully laundered and folded!

  Great hotel at a very reasonable price during the off season. Comfortable clean and large rooms with great showers. Only issue was how it was understaffed. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in and it looked like there was only one person on per shift during my stay. Still was a great experience and would go back again.

  They served a beautiful full breakfast in the morning which was included in the price. Outside there was seating in a courtyard with a water fountain.

  Poor management, and even worse story. I was criminalized for not paying for the hotel room when I had made all the attempts to do so! And now instead of calling me they decided to call the police and send me a court date.

  So do not do business with these people. As business to them is just a big game, their policies are idiotic at best. Collecting payment at the end? No other hotel chain, or even small businesses such as this one never do that.... and the guy that owns this owns others! Sad story.... if you ask me

  This hotel is quite posh! I'm glad I got to experience the Harbour view suite while staying in Charlottetown. We had two bedrooms and a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable and I loved the showers and fluffy bathrobes.
