  It took me some time to understand there are no staff here...you have to meet someone outside. But once you get past that, this place is amazing. Brand new, spotless and right in the heart of the action on the best street in town. Super friendly staff. Would 10000% stay here again.

  Water Suites is an awesome location to stay in Charlottetown. We had just two days here and we couldn't be in a better location. Everything right outside your door. Restaurants, Pubs, you name it. The accommodation was perfect and the owner/manager Fred was outstanding. Wish we could have stayed a fee more days.

  Water Suites is one of the finest places We have ever stayed at. The room was spacious; furnishing and bed very comfortable; and very clean accommodations. Highly recommend anyone visiting Charolettown to look up this Inn; you will not be disappointed. Lastly, the owner/operator is a fine fellow and very accommodating and the restaurant at the foot of the building has fine food at affordable prices; and friendly staff.

  This is an amazing place to stay. Very large modern rooms. All new and super clean. Perfect location. We parked the car and did not move it. Too many restaurants around to count. Great breakfast restaurant on the ground floor. Fred, the host, was very professional. One block from the ocean.
