  First time my husband bought me boots for Christmas a few years ago and they did not fit right in any size. I had the receipt and they where 300. We could not get a refund because it was over the allotted time for a refund, had to take a gift card. I ended up losing it before using it completely.

  DON'T BELIEVE THEIR AD "We offer the largest selection of shoes! Check out our variety of men's shoes and women's shoes. 75-day money-back guarantee!" I bought boots Dec 27, tried to exchange for a larger size a week later, got different answers every time I phoned or visited the store (Charlottetown), then was told in mid-February the needed size not available but they will NOT refund my money.... They (including head office mgr Lindsay) refuse to credit my VISA card, offer only an in-store gift certificate which I do not want after such poor service. I will NOT darken the door of a Soft Moc store again.

  Go to order the boots I seen yesterday and today they are not on sale. After the store clerk yesterday told me to order them here today.

  First problem they couldn’t change my phone # on my customer profile in store that I have had there for over 10 years. They had to call head office to change a phone number on hold for ever. ( they set it up there why can’t they change a phone number people move and numbers change)

  My daughter got the wrong size of shoe that she requested. When I returned the shoes, I was informed that I would have to pay additional funds because the shoes were no longer on sale... HA

  Today I wanted to order a pair of boots I seen in the Halifax store yesterday and they didn’t have the correct size in the store at the time to purchase so I know from past they can order them in. I asked the guy to order them and have them sent to the Charlottetown store and he said he couldn’t order to have delivered to another store.

  Customer service was nice in Toronto, but clearly have no idea how much of a dump this store is. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere in the mall, there are many other stores where you will not encounter such unprofessional service and lack of selection.

  the staff was rude to me, continuously blamed my daughter ( even tho i watched her do it properly ) and refused me to speak to a manager.
