    The staff were rude to my children, not at all pleasant or helpful, and when I explained to them why I wouldn't be purchasing shoes from them(because of the horrid customer service), one of the staff proceeded to raise her voice at me. I left and went to Soft Moc where I received excellent service and left with a pair of shoes. I will never shop at this store again. This was the worst customer service I have ever had when shopping.
